Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeCalculate (the "Site", "Service", "We", "Us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and must leave immediately.

2. Permitted Use

The tools and calculators provided on TradeCalculate are for personal, non-commercial, and educational use only. You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Site automatically.
Interfere with the security or performance of the Service.
Represent the tool results as certified financial data to third parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, code, calculation logic, designs, and text, is the property of TradeCalculate and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any brand assets or code is strictly prohibited.

4. Absolute Limitation of Liability

"YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT TRADECALCULATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR TOOLS."

We provide no warranty of any kind, express or implied. All tools are provided "AS IS." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or suspension of the Service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site owners reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
